NGA 911 Achieves AWS Public Safety & Disaster Response Competency Status

NGA 911 has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Safety & Disaster Response (PSDR) Competency status. This distinction is reserved for an elite group of AWS Technology Partners that develop the most secure, effective, and resilient cloud-based solutions for the public sector.
The AWS Competency Program
As the nation’s largest cloud provider, AWS serves NASA, Netflix, the CIA, and more than 3,000 government agencies. Last year, AWS launched the PSDR Competency for Consulting Partners. This year, AWS launched an additional track with standards to evaluate its leading Technology Partners and invited NGA 911 to participate. As part of the requirements, we completed a rigorous technical evaluation along with a customer success evaluation that separated our offering from thousands of cloud-based solutions within the AWS Partner Network. This designation recognizes our proven Next Generation 9-1-1 technology to help you protect the public, and prepare, respond, and recover from natural or man-made disasters.
The NGA 911 i3 compliant solution was built for today and tomorrow. We are now backed by the rigorous testing and evaluation achievable only by AWS Technology Partners with demonstrated public sector experience and technological expertise.
