Candace Allred brings more than 20 years of public safety sales and leadership experience to her new role with NGA 911.
Los Angeles, Calif., November 18, 2019– NGA 911, one of the foremost innovators in 9-1-1 technology, has announced the appointment of Candace Allred to Vice President of Sales. Allred brings more than 20 years of leadership and sales experience to NGA 911, with core expertise in delivering results across the globe with mission critical technologies. Based in North Carolina, Allred will oversee national sales operations and management.
Working from a foundation of successfully cultivating strong relationships, Candace will lead the expansion of NGA 911’s sales team and oversee strategic account planning enabling more customers to see for themselves how to leverage Next Generation 9-1-1 technology to meet the needs of their communities.
“Candace brings an expert background in technology, sales, and 9-1-1 services,” says CEO Don Ferguson. “Her deep understanding of the public safety community, proven ability to execute against business objectives, and build relationships will make her an asset to NGA 911’s team of industry veterans.”
Before joining NGA 911, Candace served as Vice President of Emergency Operations at MicroAutomation and Director of National Public Safety at Frontier Communications. Her greatest strength is translating the voice of the PSAP into the technology they use.
