Pinasinayaan ngayong araw ni Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla ang Unified 911, ang pinakabagong proyekto ng kagawaran na layong gawing mas mabilis at mas simple ang emergency response sa buong bansa.

Tiniyak ni Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla na totoong operatiba ng pulis, bumbero o BJMP ang makakausap ng mga tatawag sa Unified 911 na magmumula sa National Capital Region (NCR).
Dahil dito ay agad makakapagbigay ng tamang guidance sa mga emergency scenario ang mismong mga sasagot ng sumbong sa 911.
