Tiniyak ni Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla na totoong operatiba ng pulis, bumbero o BJMP ang makakausap ng mga tatawag sa Unified 911 na magmumula sa National Capital Region (NCR). Dahil dito ay agad makakapagbigay ng tamang guidance sa mga emergency scenario ang mismong mga sasagot ng sumbong sa 911.
