Revolutionizing Emergency Response

The Unified 911 System integrates advanced Next Generation 911 (NG911) technologies, enabling emergency responders to go beyond traditional voice calls. The system is capable of handling text, images, video, and real-time location data, giving dispatchers the critical tools they need to make fast, informed decisions. This means:

  • Faster response times through real-time location tracking.
  • Smarter coordination between police, fire, medical, and other emergency services.
  • Stronger public safety through advanced situational awareness.

For the public, it means one thing: help will arrive when and where it is needed most.

Call Handling System
Showcased here is NGA 911's NEXiS Connect, the state-of-the-art call handling system at the core of the Unified 911 network. This next-generation platform empowers emergency responders with real-time, multimedia data, including voice, text, photos, and video. Its advanced features, such as precise geolocation and seamless inter-agency collaboration, are designed to significantly improve response times and situational awareness, saving more lives.

A Nation Unified in Safety

This milestone is more than a technology upgrade—it is a symbol of unity. The DILG and BFP provide the leadership and frontline expertise, PLDT delivers world-class network reliability, and NGA 911 brings in the innovation of next-generation emergency systems. Together, they have built a lifeline that every Filipino can rely on.

The launch of the Unified 911 System underscores the government’s and its partners’ unwavering commitment: to protect lives, strengthen resilience, and build a safer Philippines for all.
