The Philippine National Police (PNP) is stepping up its game this holiday season. Through its Office of Communications and Electronics Services (CES), the PNP urges Filipinos to dial 911 and press 1 for emergencies. With upgraded emergency response technology, the PNP promises faster assistance—arriving at the scene in just 3 to 5 minutes.

CES Director Police Brigadier General Warren Gaspar Tolito emphasized that the holidays bring heightened risks, including accidents, medical emergencies, and crimes. “Increased traffic, electrical overloads, improper fireworks use, and overindulgence can trigger emergencies,” he said.
