NGA 911 Promotes Dustin Becker To Global Sales Support Manager

We are proud to announce Dustin Becker's new role as our Global Sales Support Manager. With more than six years of public safety experience, Dustin will transition from his previous role as Account Executive to provide direction, guidance, and ongoing support for NGA 911 staff as the company continues to grow.

“I transitioned from where I was as an Account Executive to Global Sales Support Manager [because] I know the company back to front,” Dustin explained. “I want to ensure that my customers have all the right tools, even if that means a little more time spent educating them or listening to how we can bring their vision to life. I try to be personable and cherish my customer relationships."

Before joining NGA 911, Dustin worked for 911 Datamaster as a Senior GIS Analyst. During his tenure with the company, Dustin leveraged his GIS experience to execute sales, manage projects, and support training and employee development.

Dustin is excited to continue providing NG9-1-1 solutions in his new role. When asked why he is proud to work for NGA 911, Dustin replied, “It’s the camaraderie and the connection with customers and our staff…I want them to know that whatever they need, I’m going to take care of them.”
