Don Ferguson

Founder, CEO

Don Ferguson is Founder and CEO of NGA 911 LLC, a leading innovator in the adoption of Next Generation 9-1-1. Don served as a member of President Barack Obama’s technology and Innovation brainstorming team on modernizing public safety communications.

Darold Whitmer

Senior Vice President, Strategic Relationships

Darold joins the team with 25 years of service in Public Safety, most recently leading Frontier Communications 9-1-1 sales efforts in California. Darold leads NGA 911 in developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones as we work toward our goal of moving public safety into affordable, effective, streamlined NG9-1-1 services.

Michelle Bland

Senior Vice President, Operations

With 10 years’ experience in the industry, Michelle Bland joins NGA 911 as Director of Services. She began her emergency services career as 9-1-1 program manager for the California Highway Patrol, later moving into a role as Procurement Manager for the California Department of Technology.

Chief Technology Officer

Ed is an engineering executive with global experience in telecommunications and next generation technologies. At NGA, he is member of an unparalleled team of industry experts engineering Next Generation 9-1-1 for the Cloud where it belongs.

Ishka Villa

Director of Finance / CFO / Director of Administration

With over 15 years of experience working with C-Level executives from a diversified group of businesses, Ishka joins the team leading the Administrative, HR & Finance Department. She started working in the Information Technology industry at an early age, and was also featured in various media publications such as Business Insider, The Female Network, Entrepreneur Magazine, Owning a Piece of America, Preview Magazine, and more.

Director of Strategic Communications

With nearly two decades of experience working in strategy and communications in multiple industries, Brandi delights in establishing strong brand identities through compelling storytelling. At NGA 911, Brandi harnesses team energy and knowledge to demonstrate how NG9-1-1 makes communication easier on both sides of the 9-1-1 call.

Candace brings more than 20 years of leadership and sales experience to NGA 911, with core expertise in delivering results across the globe with mission critical technologies.

Steve O’Conor

Industry Compliance

Steve has over 30 years experience in public safety. He currently serves as Co-Chair of NENA’s i3Architecture Working Group, managing and overseeing the development of the NENA i3 Standard for Next Generation 9-1-1.

Shelly Guenther

Senior Program Manager

Shelly joins the team with 20 years experience in Public Safety, and telecommunications, including call taking, deploying Wireless, VoIP, and Next Generation 9-1-1 throughout North America.

Dustin Becker

Account Executive

Dustin Becker joins the NGA 911 sales team with over six years’ public safety experience, including a deeply dynamic background in excellent customer service, project management, training and development.

Bill Munn

Vice President

Bill is a lifelong emergency services professional with a passion for public safety. He spearheaded the successful implementation of an enhanced 9-1-1 network serving 1.9 million people in the DFW area.

Miguel Martinez

Senior Solutions Engineer

Miguel has almost 30 years in the telecommunications industry. In his previous role as a Sales Engineer with Motorola, Miguel was actively involved in the design and engineering of many 9-1-1 solutions, from small 2-position PSAPs to hosted, regional systems.

Ed Antecol

Canada Operations

Ed has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. For the past 10 years, he has been involved with Freedom Mobile Inc. in various roles, including as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Carrier Services, as it evolved from a start-up to a Canadian mobile carrier with over 1.2 million customers.

Alicia Caddy is a highly organized problem-solver with 19 years of project experience in Public Safety Telecommunications. She is accustomed to shifting priorities across multiple business units with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results to stakeholders, customers and team members.

Reasha Smith

Project Manager

With over 16 years of experience working in local city and county government, Reasha brings project management, procurement, and contract management experience to the NGA 911 team.  Her extensive knowledge in contracts allows her to maintain relationships with customers and service providers, ensuring service level compliance while meeting customer needs.
